HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Subscribers will receive one watercolor (9"x9") per month for twelve months. The yearlong portfolio of 12 drawings is offered for $5000. Fifty percent of the proceeds of each subscription will go to benefit one of eight nonprofit organizations. Each subsciber can designate one of the organizations to receive half of their subscription payment. The portion of the payment sent to the non-profit is deductible as a charitable contribution. Each time a nonprofit organization is designated by a subscriber, the organization will receive a check written directly from the subscriber to the organization for $2500.

Housing Development Project is an extension of my long term drawing venture, Untitled House Series. All the drawings in the series for the coming year are based on houses newly for sale in the sagging real estate market. For inquiries, please send an email to subscribe@chrisdoylestudio.com.
